Casa Pueblo, Uruguay

Located where the Rio De La Plata joins the Atlantic Ocean, a few miles from Punta del Este, Uruguay, Casa pueblo is a combination Art Gallery, Museum, workshop and Hotel. It was designed by the Uruguayan artist, Carlos Paez Vilaro. What first called my attention was the curvaceous, smooth concrete construction that at the distance resembles those beautiful white homes seen in photographs of the Greek islands.
